You had mentioned that some of the Foster homes are more therapeutic where the parents have had more training. I have heard of a lot of bad foster care situations in the past where they did not know how to properly help the children placed with them. Do you think we will ever see a time where there is a higher level training for all Foster Parents, especially with the rise in severe trauma? Is this something that has been talked about or in the works?

Madras communication with Warm Springs Reservation

I was born and raised in Madras Oregon, and I come from a low socio-economic background. I am wondering if the communication from the school counselors now have open communication with any contacts in Warm Springs? I was a victim of severe bullying in middle school (2001) where nothing was done about a serious threat, and the boy later killed his own sister that next year after on the reservation. They said that things were being "handled" on the reservation. So I am curious if there are different contacts or systems in place now?
