I have been a student leader in my school for many years now and have encountered a lot of times where my peers look up to me for the RIGHT answers.

A classic example is one that not only leaders but many face. The answers for homework. as a leader it is not correct to give the answers to them directly. Patience is needed to teach them. Anyone can be a leader if they are committed to give back to the community and grow leaders in others.

A leader can also never be perfect but takes responsibility for their peer mistakes and does not blame others. A perfect example of a leader who tries their best to make others leaders is my principal. She has given everyone in my school a chance to express their potential in leadership by giving everyone in my school a leadership role.

we are all leaders, with different perspectives.
