Why a badge program - Do you feel rewarded or recognized for using technology?  To improve and spark PD, Proven successful to motivate through on-line gaming, & store reward cards - Micro-credentialing, Could we provide stipends for certain levels, or a device for a reward, we could let students earn same badges as teachers, and let students help teachers...these students are guaranteed Teacher Aide positions their senior year?  Could we tie badges to other duties besides technology like putting in attendance on time, or sponsoring an extra curricular organization,
