 Subject: Information about the team meeting
 
 Dear colleagues,
 
 We are having new office furniture. For this office furniture I would like to have a meeting with all the staff members to discuss about different ideas and wishes concerning the new office furniture.
 
 The meeting is for everybody and is open for every idea and wishes. In this way is the intention to listen what the needs are of the new furniture. The data of this meeting is planned on 21 March on Wednesday. And it will be on 11.00 o’clock. The location will be at the main meeting room on the second floor and it will take about a hour of time.
 
 Hopefully every body will be present on this meeting. I am looking forward to see you all at the meeting.

Thanks for your email. First, my apologies for the late delivery. I will explain in this mail the reason for the late delivery.
 
Unfortunately, the order has been delayed. This is due to the large crowds for the Holidays. Therefore, the package was lost at DHL. We apologize that we did not report this to you.
 
I have just informed DHL and they reimburse the order because they are responsible for it. I have made a new order for you and requested it with express delivery, so that it will be delivered on Friday 20 December at the latest.
 
We value a good relationship with our customers and we would like to regain your trust. Therefore, we offer you some extra free bottles of the Taunton Original Dry Cider. 
 
To ensure that the complaint is resolved satisfactorily, our service representative will contact you by telephone within 1 week.
