3.military---From a legal and military perspective,the UN is much more power and the Security Council gives the UN significant potential military power and reach.

political---The UN started out in 1945 with 51 member countries and the Security Council was initially 15 state,and these include the five permanent member-China,France,Russia,the UK.and the USA.

legal---It has the legitimacy to do so in other words ,it has legal authority and the legal power.

geographical---As far as geograohy is concerned,the UN Security Council appears to cover a lot of the globe.
