I’m teacher of Art History and I think that learning with technology has become essential in today’s schools. Developing students’ knowledge and skills related to ICT in the school years provides an important grounding for later in life. I’m teaching through ICT; it’ necessary to introduce the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process in Secondary Schools, because digital learning resources support information processing by helping students to develop mental representations through the mix of media elements presented to them.

fisr thing I will do is what we have been discussing in module 1: my students and I will agree on the class rules and basis (pinishment and reward for good and bad behavours). and that to establish discpline. second I will use technology to engage students since we are dealing with digital generations and technology has an important impact on students' motivation. an other important aspect is lesson planning : teacher should plan very well taking into account that students have different learning styles.

I am Croatian language nad literature teacher but I strongly recommend ICT technology and various methods in all lesson segment. Also there are lot of useful online sources dedicated to young nad experienced teachers. And erasmus is very inovative project because schools are not isolated islands and, to my opinion, main goal is cooperation between teachers, students and cultures.

In order to plan my lessons I will use the online repositories introduced in module 2. These can be a good resource to save time. Besides, I will plan in advance my lessons keeping in mind that they must be flexible in case of any setback. In addition, I'll keep updating and developing professionally thanks to online tutorials and communities. Finally, I would like to improve my way of expressing myself and explaining concepts so students don't find difficulties understanding me

Plan in advance is for me very important to be confident with myself, plan but also to be ready to plan again during the lesson in according to several variables that cannot be controlled, like mood of the pupils,various emotions, relationship between them or with me.

Cooperative learning and learning by doing to encourage learning, peer learning and so on.
I'll use online repositories, padlet and I hope also learning designer.

I use smart board in english lesson, so students can develop their listening skills. I ask questions to them, they reply and improve their speaking skills with dialogues,and when teaching new words or sentences , we all class read them aloud altogether, so it is enjoyable for my students and it is useful for them to learn a true pronunciation.they write english words or sentences on their notebooks every lesson on board,so they improve their writing skills. And finally in english lesson books,student's book, there are many activities which should be read by the students, so they improve their reading skills. I use in general discovery teaching model,so students can discover sth new. Moreover, i use brainstorm to find a right answer by all stydents. So there is active participation during lesson.

For my personal development as a teacher - discussion with my colleagues, web seminars, reading books, articles, working on stress management, being able to react properly in difficult situations. For teaching itself using of modern technologies to show children that these can be practical, not only for playing games or posting on social media. Then, group activities - we are social beings, we live with other people and we often have to cooperate with others (sometimes with friends, but sometimes with people we don't like very much), I also want to stress personal responsibility for the results.

I'll try using Learning Designer and see how it works for me, I'll definitely use resource repositories discussed in M2, and those tips&tricks for the first day of school year, and also from Teacher Survival Guide. Those all seem most useful to me at this moment, and I can see myself adapting them and using them in my classroom.

La tecnica che più mi piace portare avanti è quella di far nascere fiducia reciproca all'interno della classe, perché attraverso questo rapporto di fiducia si possono stabilire le basi del Buon insegnamento/apprendimento.

Using the Learning Designer calls a lot my attention, although I´ve always done in that way my lesson plans -so far I do not see yet what would be the innovation in my beliefs of teaching, What I see is that I´d be just using a machine. Anyway, I may apply it to analyze how it really works for me. On the other hand, I liked the phrase "Confidence breeds Competence," this will help me with continuous improvement and the self-assessment of teaching, which makes again my Learning Diary and Lesson Planning vital

I liked and I will try in the classroom the technique:
- of whisper when a pupil needs to pay attention to the lesson;
- of gaming when pupils seem to get bored;
- of spliting the lesson into smaller parts (as <>, <> or <>);
- of reflection back to my work in the classroom.

i am using the smartscreen in my classrom its more effectively..

I will try to use different resource repositories-which some of my colleagues talked about in their posts here- in my class. When you bring something different from different sources, the students realize immediately and want you to bring these kinds of activities, videos etc. more.
