My daily routine in the week is the same I wake up at 6:30 am then I take a shower around 7 minutes, later I prepare my breakfast to go, then I get dress and brushed my teeth ,when I get ready to leave, I go to work in my motorbike and I arrived to work at 07:00 am, so I have to work 8 hours and half. When I finished work, sometimes I go home of my girlfriend for sharing nice time with her. When  I finish my date with my girl. I go home at 6:30 pm and I prepared the dinner for me and my mom, I take a short rest, and then I get ready to go at gym. I do exercise one hour  then I back home for taking a shower and finally I go bed at 10:30 pm.

My town is small, calm and beautiful my town is called Caloto-Cauca is located in the north of department there a lot forest and Caloto has 2 rivers called River chiquito and River Grande they are the most popular rivers that my town has. There 3 parks one of them is located in the center of the town and the popular structure in the middle is a building called El Templete is considered cultural heritage, there is a church that is the meaning heritage for the people of my town. La niña Maria is the most important religious monument, the people in Caloto are devoted of virgin Maria.
