I choose this image because it signals contradiction of what is desired.

They were selling of weapons to Iran and were giving that money to Nicaragua in an attempt to help them against the communist leaders.

It showed that the government was doing incorrect things with their power.

It would have made people mad or at least question the actions of the government.

I created this image because it represents the brain experiments that the CIA did.

The CIA did experiments in which drugs were used to make people brainwashed and to inflict psychological torture. It was done in order to figure out ways to us it on interegated individuals.

I think it was important because it showed how these sort of experiments are conducted and the power they have on operations and on government policies.

This was the substances that the CIA was being involved in.

There were reports that the CIA were involved in trafficking of Nicarguan cartels.

It lead to an increase of sales and it became more widespread in the U.S. This would make drug use more widespread and more harmful .

It was important because this actively hurt the country from making it more accesible to buy it.

It mostly would affect those who are involved with drugs and not so much with most citizens.

I choose this picture because it makes it seem into a chaotic affair that occurred.

What happened is that the U.S armed the Afghan mujahideen at the same time the USSR armed the democratic republic of Afghanistan.

It was important because it affected the people of Afghanistan but also the economies of the 2 countries

It really did not affect the citizens because it was a affair that was not in the U.S

Over 1,500 Nazis were brought to the U.S to work on many projects that the U.S wanted to build.

I think it was important because it singled a usage of those who were considered America´s enemies.

It must have been not known to citizens but I dont think they would have accepted this to happen
