Once on TV, I saw a documentary about a guy, named Cameron Willingham, who was accused of setting his house on fire to kill his 3 children. He was sentenced to death penalty. He always said he wasn’t guilty, but in 2004, he was executed by letal injection. 5 years later, people started talking about a “wrongful execution”. In September of 2009, the federal government ordered a re-examination of the case. After the investigation, in 2011, via DNA tests on the place of the crime, the FBI agents found out that Willingham was innocent. They killed him for... nothing. This story looks a lot like Steve’s because maybe he’s going to be in jail for nothing!

Steve hated his father’s face when he came to visit him. He was surprised when he saw on the news that James King was involved in a robbery in which a man was killed. On trial, Petrocelli was using a “cheap trick”, which it was to show the pictures of the scene of the crime a second time to the jurors. Different doctors and detectives went on trial to explain how Mr. Nesbit died, what was the gun...
Steve is afraid of staying in jail during 25 years, he just can’t. A flashback shows that James King was planning a getover. Jerry came to visit Steve for the first time in prison. On trial, the prosecution called Lorelle Henry. She saw a verbal fight between Nesbit and King and another guy the day of the crime. The defence tried to convince the jurors that the prosecution was making a mistake and that King isn’t the person Henry saw. The next morning Briggs was unhappy because King was dressed in jail uniform and he thought it was prejudicial. The defence was then trying to show that Bobo was trying to put another person in jail.
