         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>I feel empty and ready to eat anything that can not eat me</p></li><li><p> Rises in <strong>estrogen and progesterone </strong>levels tend to correlate with rises in <strong>cortisol</strong> (stress hormone) levels which lead to cravings for carbohydrates, including sugar.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ghrelin</strong> is produced in the stomach and signals to our brain when it's time to eat. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep.
