We separate the group in 3 different places and play a game Who is who .Students make questions to find out someone who.... We highlight their commitment, responsibility and involvement with their task.
We pay special attention to the way they have to behave with the students and the confidentiality agreement.
The use of English is a very important aspect they have to take into account when they are developing their activities with the students.
Finally, we explain how they have to fill in their Language Assistant diary at the end of every lesson at the school.

In 3rd grade we introduced ourselves and ask the LA some questions about them.

After that, they helped the students doing an activity about something they like, they don't like, they love and they hate. They draw it and after the next day they exposed it.


In forth grade we did something similar, but after introducing each other they did an activity about telling the time. They had to write one of their days and then present it in front of the class.
