The values of the company were clear, and it was equally clear that the company thrives with the idea of craftsmanship. The amount of thought and care that went both into the product that the company was producing and also of the people who work there was amazing.

I enjoyed hearing from an employee how many tables he could produce and if he was going to hit the goal set at the beginning of the shift. There was so much positivity and productivity! I also enjoyed learning exactly how local the products are and how the products are sold all over the country. What an impact! Thank you for the inspiration that you are!
