The cultural influence is European centered by the era of Romance and Modernism. The Eiffel Tower represents the amazing capacity of human architecture and the physics of tower-like structures, which is influenced by modern metalwork. It is a monument that brings together all cultures of the world and although having Eurocentric features, it is also very inclusive of other cultures.

The horses white colour can be symbolic of purity, perfection, innocence and goodness.
