What I love about working at Manorfield is that we always look behind the behaviour....we delve deeply and we dig out the route causes rather than simply deal with the symptoms. This is fundamental I think. Of course there must be consequences and these must be consistent. Children need to have behavioural issues acknowledged and they learn so much and gain confidence and security from knowing that we are serious about reprimanding unacceptable behaviour.
