         <title>The absence of physical exercise is one of the important reasons why obesity occurs in children. According to recent research, almost more than half of the children in the UAE does not do enough exercise, however the children in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah do exercise more than Dubai. “Outside of school, only 38 per cent indicated that the exercised regularly with their families or friends in their free time” (Cleland,2015), so according to Dr Ahmed Bisharat a consultant pediatrician (as cited in Cleland, 2015) show that children should do more than an hour each day outside school. Although schools do not provide the enough amount of physically activity during the physical education sessions. In fact, children who do not get enough exercise are at risk to develop Type 2 diabetes and fatty liver disease.</title>

         <title>Almost half of the youngsters living in UAE have lack of physical activity. Parents said that their children did little or no exercise at all. Also, the survey says that the major source of physical activity to kids are the physical education classes. In addition, according to (Cleland, 2015) “Outside of school, only 38 per cent indicated that the exercised regularly with their families or friends in their free time.  Walking was the most popular exercise done outside of school hours with 44 per cent, followed by football, swimming and basketball”. Furthermore, according to Dr. Ahmed Bisharat, a consultant pediatrician (as cited in Cleland, 2015) comments that the amount of physical activity children do in school is not enough and they need at least one hour of exercise outside school. Children who do not exercise enough have greater chance of getting type 2 diabetes and fatty liver. </title>

         <title>Children only do exercises in school, but they don’t do exercises outside the school. About 70% of parents in Dubai says that their children are overweight on the other hand half of the parent in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi says their children are overweight. (Cleland,2015) mansion that “The results show that physical education classes in schools were the biggest source of activity for UAE youngsters. “Only 40% of the student do exercises with their family, friend in their free time. They do several of exercises like walking take 55% of the exercises that’s done outside the school but the other sport like football our swimming, basketball take the 45%. According to Dr Bisharat a consultant pediatrician at Burjeel Hospital in the Abu Dhabi (as cited in Cleland,2015) said children should do at least an hour of exercise every day outside of school hours. He also mansion that school should have class that make the children work physically. Children who don’t do exercises are on risk to get disease for example diabetes, fatty liver. </title>

Abu Dhabi comes next and after Abu Dhabi comes Sharjah. In addition, a survey was taken place for all kids in the UAE and were asked about their regular exercise, results show that all most all their exercise takes place in school PE classes. Still, 38% of kids in the UAE exercise out of school. (as cited in Cleland, 2015), Dr Ahmed Bisharat says " children should do at least an hour of exercise every day outside of school hours ". However, He supposes that schools don’t provoke kids to exercise out of school, although kids participate in physical education sessions, that doesn’t give them the physical exercise needed for their age.
