In my opinion, I think both texts are good, but I believe My Perspectives has an edge because of the inclusion of the following: </p><p>Performance task</p><p>Grouping -related materials</p><p>The vocabulary analysis</p><p>Summary&amp; Quickwrite</p><p>Unit goals at a glance</p><p><br/></p><p>I only had about 20 minutes to look them both over though. That's my two cents.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>I like that there is a variety of texts (classical and current). </p><p><br/></p><p>I like that there are checklists for student reference. </p><p><br/></p><p>I like the skill based questions and that there are writing prompts at end of lessons. </p><p><br/></p><p>I like that there are student scaffolds that target low readers such as:  </p><p>Graphic organizers</p><p>Sentence frames</p><p>Annotating features are better</p><p>Videos to peak interests</p><p><br/></p><p>I like that there is an expert to guide us. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
