STEP 1 (4 mins)Each person shares their peak experience story as well as 1-2 shared values (30 sec each)
STEP 2 (7 mins): Identify similar themes and/or energizing ideas about those shared values and group together
STEP 3 (7 mins): Work as a team to select the 2 or 3 top shared values. Keep in mind w/creative thinking, you might create a new shared value that wasn't one of the original ideas but helps to combine similar ideas.
Label each Shared Value with 1-3 words on a separate tab, with a short description for each (9 words or less) 
Decide how you would like to present them to the larger group (45 sec or less) when you return.
