Strong lesson plans invoke the students' ability to self-teach and hone their skills, even when they  don't realize it is happening.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Know your students:<br><br>Taking a realistic understanding, and not putting pressures on students. Not looking at students as being deficient... taking an honest stock. Don't stereotype. Being real with a student. "I know you struggle with this." Still make sure you are encouraging students, using the extra effort to help a student to get there.&nbsp;<br><br>Not labeling students, but understanding who they are as a person.<br><br>Make an effort to get to know the student. Knowing little things about your kids will go a long ways. </div>]]></description>
