I feel this is a symbol of oppression because the white woman is using the black woman as a chair and ‘squishing’ the black women on the bottom. The black women seems to be used as an object or a piece of furniture rather than a person. I am also wondering if their clothing has anything to do with this oppression. The White women is dressed like a middle/upper-class and the black women looks to be dressed in very little clothing, like a hooker or stripper. I took this as a connection between the privileged white woman and the underprivileged black women who is trying to make ends meet and make a living for herself.

I don’t know much about politics or Trumps policies but the one thing I see on the news and social media is stupid things that Trump says. I agree with this meme that these are things our President would say. I also feel that Trump views himself, a white upper-class citizen, as superior to women and other nationalities. This is the sad truth of America, our president has no filter and says thing how he sees them.
