Write-Up (50-80 words):usually people like me have no self love by doing a heart i can remind myself that no matter how you look doesn’t define you is okay to feel like nobody loves I hope this heart work encourages everyone who don’t have self love

Reflection: i had difficulty using the 3D pen because the pen filament kept coming out and I didn’t know what to do and it took a long time for the pen to heat and it was hard for to the heart because if i miss my focus for a second the heart will be spoiled it’s difficult for me to focus and not panic plus it was very hard to insert the filament inside the pen and we had to be careful when we walk around the place because if we accidentally trip on something the others pen might be shut off.

Write-Up (50-80 words): i made a heart with a letter A as it is my initial . the reason why i created a heart in purple colour as it is my favourite shape and colour . a heart mean alot of different things .

Reflection: the good thing about 3D art work is that i can discover new things . theres many different type of art. in art we experience doing our artwork using pencil , paint and many more . but this one is different as we uses 3D pencil . the hardest thing about 3D art is that the pencil is really hot . and when u want to trace your art work , the filament will trace out of the design u created . but overall , it was an amazing experience

Write-Up (50-80 words): my art work is about my identity. I am a kind and caring person so I drew the heart shape to represent my kindness and caring. I like to watch movies like Jumanji so I drew a television showing the show Jumanji. I drew a Badminton racket because it is my hobby. I like to play Badminton with my friends.

Reflection: Drawing with the 3D pen was difficult because sometimes the fillement wont go inside and sometimes it was hard to draw with. Sometimes when I start to draw on the paper the fillement would start to come off the paper and it makes it harder to draw and to make things worse the fan was blowing at my paper which also made it hard for me to draw. To overcome the challenges that I faced I put the tip of the pen a bit more closer to the paper so that it will be easier to draw with.

Reflection: No it was not as easy as it seemed. I always burn my hand by accident and i always cant draw the object that i wanted even if its just tracing out a drawing its still difficult. I will keep trying until i get to draw/trace the object and i successfully made it and i was happy that i made a microphone even if its ugly hahaha.

The reason why I chose to draw saxophone with a heart , is because I’m in Concert Band . And i play the saxophone , i wanted to draw this as an encouragement for me to play better . I struggled to play since i was sec 1 , I didn’t really had the interest to be in band . The first time i was informed that I’m in band and playing as a saxophone I wasn’t really excited and dragging myself to cca every session. But now , I’m having more interest to be in band and playing the saxophone .

Reflection:
My experience with 3D pen is neutral , there’s some difficulty and some easy part , the difficulty is because the filament of the 3D pen as it doesn’t go straight , and filling it up to cover it up . The speed of the 3D part is hard to handle is because the speed .

I make this boat is because i want to tell everyone that no matter how bad you score for your results, never give up and just keep trying.

Reflection: drawing with the 3D pen was slightly a bit difficult but fun at the same time. I enjoyed the lessons. It was difficult because when im drawing with the 3D pen, I have to balance my hands if not my boat will be slanted. But I decided to overcome it by keep on trying and redo a new one. This is how I overcome the challenges.

Theme Chosen: Our Hillgrove, Our Pride

Write-Up (50-80 words): My artwork is about the school’s spiral staircase/heritage. The staircase described the heritage of the school by some histories of Hillgrove e.g. uniforms, gifts and stories about Hillgrove Secondary School and a mini replica. I used 3D pen to designed spiral staircase and some photos about the school, and I choosed them because they are unique and beautiful to create.

Reflection: Not really, as the filament goes other way when using the 3D-pen & is hot when touching to get the filament out. The difficulties are when drawing the objects with the 3D-pen, I overcome by not shaking the 3D-pen.

- 1 Thing I Like was the group's creative idea of making something that is wearable by a person - almost like a piece of clothing!
- 1 Thing to Improve on could be to introduce more colours into the prototype to make it look more attractive and vibrant. The colour paper could also be pasted in a neater manner.

I made a heart with a letter C on it as it is my initial. The reason why I made a heart is because it represents myself as a person. A heart can mean a lot of different things and it can show a lot as well.

Reflection: the 3D pen easy was unfamiliar at first but along the way I got used to to it and at the same time I learnt something new. I found it challenging of how the filament at times would not come out. I adapted to my mistakes by learning from them and not repeating it and it was great learning experience.

The reason why I chose to draw this art piece is because I always had interest to play the piano keyboard . The first time I touched the keyboard during music lesson , I struggled to understand the keys but after a few music lessons , I finally got the hang of it and gained interest on playing it . I’d love to learn to play new songs on the keyboard and I hope to get my very own keyboard soon , maybe after the end of year examinations IF I pass all my subjects . I also enjoy singing to the song while playing the keyboard .

Reflection:
I struggled using the 3D pen as my patience is very low . I tend to always get mad at the poor pen because whenever I want to stop the filament from going , it goes on and on . It’s really hard to maintain a good shape due to the pen . But overall , I enjoyed the lessons , learning something new .

Reflection:The filament is very inaccurate and is very hard to attach on to the other ink that’s already harden. It is also broken very easily, also hard to handle as the tip is very hot. I always touch it on accident.
