On a flip side using the progressions also has helped me see that  a child has met the goal and to move on. 

I feel I still need to work on managing my groupings and regrouping. 

As I am looking forward to next year   ( I know it is too early) I see that I want to work on having those progressions more available. I want to put mindset a lot more through out our building. Structure the beginning of our day around mindset so that they see we are focusing on that in our classrooms and not just at our morning meeting.

I discovered today that I needed to do this with a timeline. They did not have an understanding of what a time line was and how to create it.
