The way they choose is by test, twice a year,in the beginning and end, 13-17 year olds must take a test and depending on what they score they are either safe or in danger.  Teens with high test scores stay inside the walls,and teens with low test scores must go out and fight.  The main problem is mostly the fact that Eric is chosen to go on team 5 and go out and fight,and Arwin stays and he wants to help protect Eric</div>]]></description>
