         <description><![CDATA[<div>Preparation:<br>Preheat the grill at medium temperature and grease it with oil.<br><br>Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add the spelled and boil. Lower the flame and simmer, covered, cooking until the spelled becomes tender, but not soft, 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.<br><br>Sprinkle the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper. Grill until the grill marks and the chicken reach an internal temperature of 74 ° C for 18-20 minutes. Set aside and let it rest.<br><br>Put lemon juice in a medium bowl. Finely slice the pears and fennel lengthwise with a mandolin. Mix with lemon juice. Add spelled, watercress and oil. Mix. Season with 1/8 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper.<br><br>Divide the salad and the chicken into four dishes. Using a vegetable peel, form some gruyere or gouda flakes and place on each plate.          <description><![CDATA[<div>PREPARATION<br>Wash the rocket salad, gently dry it and place it in a bowl, drizzling with a little oil. Wash the pear well, dry it, divide it into 4 cloves, then remove the core and cut into cubes; sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not blacken and add it to the rocket. Crumble the feta coarsely and add it to the other ingredients; shell the pomegranate paying attention to eliminate the skin and last its salad.
