I have a running document with the common sped accommodations one sees in an IEP with an explanation of how that accommodation fits into my course(s). I can then copy/paste the appropriate accommodations into an email or YAMM for the IEP emails sent out each quarter. Some adjusting is always needed, but much faster than writing over and over.

Chunked assignments- You will find that many of the assignments have a video component where the video walks students through, step by step, on the completion of the assignment. You are welcome to rewatch, pause, and rewind the videos as many times as needed. This is a great way to break down large assignments into accomplishable chunks.
