It peaked at #4 on the top 100s list and was the biggest hit of their career, surpassing their previous hit "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" that peaked at #10.
The song came from the beginning of a fresh realization for Urie that he'd been setting his bar too low amidst all the turbulence within the band.

These instrumentals help build anticipation for the beat drop in the chorus where trumpets are used to create more energy in the song. There is also a use of heavy drums that give it more of a rock aspect and help the melody moving throughout the song.
