         <description><![CDATA[<div>-SAMR was invented by a person who did zero research (not peer reviewed and based soley on his own opinions). shortly after he created it he left education. Not saying its a bad model; but its crazy! I never knew this and its funny how we gravitate towards something not based on research. Sometimes its okay to be at substitution. <br>-PICRAT - never heard of this one and I think its interesting. I'd like to explore that a bit more. </div>]]></description>
