I liked how this person described their passion about what they wanted to do as well as keeping a friendly vibe to the letter. I would add more detail about where the experience with kids and where they received their education. I think that it would be important in establishing your credibility to the person you want to hire you. I liked how you introduced yourself and kept your letter short and to the point.

She seems very passionate about what she wants to do, but she does not list any of her qualifications. She states that passion and education are important, so what is your education experience? The letter makes her seem interested but not necessarily qualified, which is ultimately very important when applying for a job.

The individual in question seems pretty good, but without any credentials or skills listed, I can't trust such a short introductory cover letter.
She mentions that educators should be passionate and educated, but fails to put in what education she has apart from starting at 11.
She did give a good point by giving me several ways to contact her and thanked me for the time.

I liked her passion and enthusiasm in her cover letter. I also like how she put in her classroom management plan and how to contact her, but I would have wanted to see where she received her education and her experience other than being a vocalist since 11 years old. I would have also liked if she wrote some of her own qualities as a person to why she would be good for the job than the generalization of why educators need to be passionate and considerate.
