I would add more detail about where the experience with kids and where they received their education. I think that it would be important in establishing your credibility to the person you want to hire you. I also like how she put in her classroom management plan and how to contact her, but I would have wanted to see where she received her education and her experience other than being a vocalist since 11 years old.
