All aspects are very important; it is a great idea; however, at the same time it is a recommendation. It is a very open invitation. Will member states feel the added value?

In many cases hard targets count for member states. There are no targets for youth work in the recommendations.

On a national level, the possibility of having Action Plans was viewed in a positive way. It's a pity that this is no longer in the focus.

Opportunity to have a mobilities as a method in youth work, but then there needs to be the capacities to fund it.

If we could prioritise local youth work organisations (e.g. accreditations). Increasing share of accreditation. But also budget increase for 2025 - 2027 (otherwise we will punish accreditated organisations)

We like the narrative - balance expecations and what you can do. How NGO's can contribute - how this recommendation can support them and recognise their work. Learning mobility for all but personal motivation of young people taking part in a mobility project needs to be accounted for. Learning mobility for all - what is a reasonable share of young people participating in mobility? Can we motivate those that are not motivated, can we reach those that are hard to reach?

It is seen as something extra. We need to change that perception and give recognition to mobility as part of their daily jobs.

We should not focus on the local system but be part of policy discussions and focus on this discussion. Try to change professional youth work standards and then create a demand.

In some countries youth work is the responsibility of municipalities; still Ministries have some influence.
