Think-Pair-Share allows students to work with a partner and discuss problem solving strategies before sharing out their answer. This can greatly decrease anxiety as they can share what they said, what their partner said, or a combination of the two. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One suggestion that the textbook gives is the option to <strong>email or text</strong> in their new answer. This gives them time to reflect and really play with their new answer. One other strategy that I would suggest would be to use<strong> Nearpod</strong>. This allows them to show their work or answer the question privately. If the teacher chooses, she may share the student's thinking, but otherwise it is completely kept between the student and the teacher. This decreases anxiety since they would not be forced to answer out loud.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One suggestion from the textbook would be to use a screen casting application to allow students to show their work. This records their writing as well as their talking. This really helps the teacher hear the thought process while solving the problem. I would suggest using <strong>Educreations</strong> or <strong>iPevo</strong>. These two apps are very similar. They allow the students to make a video using a sort of interactive whiteboard. It also gives you the option to save your creation as a video and upload wherever needed. I would suggest having students submit their videos to Google Classroom. These can then be used as tutorials for struggling students.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
