The kids were super excited about writing about Mrs.Burr and Mr.Phillips. We were giggling pretty hard! We are still finishing our Flipgrid and then we will share out their funny narratives about the day our principals became rock stars! Hill-arious. They loved the guitars and especially the little ones glued to our team poster. 

I really enjoyed watching Area 53 while my kids were at recess! 
I was super impressed by every single
grade level. As Hope says...”You do you,boo.” We each have different skill sets and it is amazing to see how those differences look in everyone’s own way.

My class is REALLY chatty and I have worked really hard to get routines and procedures down. I was worried they wouldn't be able to handle Felicia all day. It was an eye opener to watch the kids come into the gym that morning. When they saw Madottie and other teachers dressed up, they knew something was up and the excitement level rose as well.

My kids really got into the Rockin’ Roundin’ using black paper plates as vinyl records. They also worked through their first Breakout and made microphone cupcakes.

I was EXHAUSTED!

I recorded the students walking into the classroom and have watched the video over and over. It made that late night so worth it!! The games Jodie and I planned ran flawlessly. Students worked in small groups around the room without any behavior problems because they were so engaged in the activities. We assessed the students over place value the next day and could tell a huge improvement in students' scores.
