I worked through these worksheets with my partner, rather than a colleague. 
As we worked through each of the worksheets it became apparent that this was a very hands-on activity, which required discussion between the two of us in order to reach a shared understanding of each part of the worksheets so that we were able to reach a shared agreement. 
As part of the activity my partner took on the role of a client. As part of this role he asked me questions throughout the activity. For example, as we filled out the Contract for Participation he asked questions regarding what is classified as a medical or personal emergency. This required us to discuss the types of issues that could be considered medical or personal emergencies and how he could prove this ie a medical certificate, death certificate etc. We also discussed why such proof was required and I couldn't just take his word for it. 
Throughout the activity the questions that the "client" asked required me to think on my feet as a case manager, work with my client, discuss various options, use real-life examples, and brainstorm/mindmap using our whiteboard and coloured markers.
