This influences the society in a psychological aspect due to the extreme velocity of the service. On the other hand, by solving many peoples problems by saving their time in a practical manner. By providing extremely low and accessible prices and offering food in a bag with no utensils you lose rubric and formality. Fast, cheap and practical.

  • They carry out different tasks such as supervising that everything in the kitchen, as well as the team, is organized and working properly and tasting the products to see if they taste good. Regarding the terms of business organization, they focus on human resources by training the staff to move as they should in order to work fast and not bump into each other. Moreover, they also need to have in mind finance and accounting by preparing budgets, final accounts and paying suppliers as well as employers. Marketing is key and the brothers have to look at the market, and advertise the brand by choosing a logo for the packaging for example. Additionally, regarding operational management, Mac and Dick need to make the product and  control the quality of the product. Finally, the brothers need to supervise that the production is organized. They need to check if they have enough workers, equipment and land to provide the goods and services to the customers.

This new way of organizing the kitchen has as a goal to achieve the delivery of an order in “30 seconds, not 30 minutes”.
