A theme that has a clear aim and a group of staff that are all pulling in the same direction. If this is the case, reputation, grants, etc. are more likely to follow

Before we try and improve our reputation could the theme find out that the reputation of NTU is in this field actually is through a survey of some sort (not just asking people we have worked with)? In my experience, NTU is not particularly well known for elite sports performance.
