I chose this video because it has many helpful tops about how to study effectively. One of the tips mentioned is to study in time intervals and give yourself breaks in between. I have tried this before and it helps a lot. It works for me because when my brain gets worn out, I won't be able to take in and remember new information. Another tip was to make flashcard study system. Flashcards can help you learn and retain information because it is a repetitive system. Overall, I think the video was good and it offered a lot of helpful advice.

This video offers information on studying motivation. A suggestion I liked was to consider all the consequences and rewards of whatever it is you need to be motivated for. Thinking about these things and adjusting you values can make a difference in your motivation. I like this because it has you look at the big picture and not just the task itself. Building a system like this can be effective when you son't feel like studying. I liked this video and I learned a lot of new tips.

I chose this video because knowing how to study effectively, especially for final exams, is important. In the video I liked the tips on how you should minimize procrastination, spend the most time on important material, and manage stress. These are really helpful because studying for final exams can take weeks, and if you procrastinate or spend too much time on irrelevant things, you could be in trouble come exam time. Spending time reducing stress is important as well because you don't want to be overwhelmed while studying. This was a good video and I learned how to study effectively for a final exam.
