To Divide fractions first you have to change all mixed numbers to improper fractions 

2 ➗ 2/3
= 6/3 ➗2/3

then you have to leave the first fraction and flip the  rest of the fractions in the equation. You  also change the division symbol to multiplication

=6/3 X 3/2

Then you can cross cancel 
or you can just multiply the current fractions you have

=18/6

then you can convert it to a mixed number or number

=3

Cross canceling will make your question in simplest form so you can multiply it easily.

For example:

10/20 X 5/20 is same as 1/2 X 1/4

How do you do it?

you have to know how to just multiply.
