1. The understanding of zero tolerance for bullying is having strict punishment for ones' actions that is not accepted. 
2. The nature of bullying today is unfortunately increasing. Cyberbullying is on the rise since social media is in great use among students and older people. 
3. This school does have an intervention program. They include surveys, constant supervision in bathrooms and policies. 
4. The interventions are what is being done to prevent these behaviors and making this school bully proof.
5. The resources available are the educated staff there are available and the school social worker.

It was creative and you spoke with ease. You clearly stated The roles of school social workers and the EIPs. The interventions were nice and so were the survey questions. The questions were good enough for me to really reflect and think and that was great! Bullying is a hot topic within the school system and there needs to be more done than what are established right now in our schools. With the rise of school shootings, it makes you wonder if those schools had effective interventions placed and what did they do for their students since some* of the shooters have reported they have in fact been bullied. However in this padlet, I do not see the generalist and clinical side of social work! 1. Zero tolerance for bullying means that under no circumstance is bullying accepted.
2. Bullying occurs in-person, and online (cyberbulling). Bullying can be both physical and verbal.
3. From the padlet I would say it does not however John seems to be interested in creating one.
4. Increased supervision, contacting parents and quarterly surveys.
