We get washed with flower infused water then we get a snippet of our hair cut off. I'm not really sure what it means, but i'll ask  my parents what it means. I own crystals, and they are meant to be washed with water to remove negative energies as well (Except the toxic ones you'll die or they'll dissolve)
 Also drinking is kind of important.

I love the ocean and to see the marine life not live then I would not know what hobby to have (fishing and scuba diving, snorkelling). 

We need water ourselves to keep hydrated. without water we will not even have any food as animals and plants need water. you would know that if you were paying attention in science.
