         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Better sharing of information between clinicans and researchers: uploading test reports from neuropsychological tests, clinical ratings, ADL performance, fMRI (like fMRI data is already done in SP) - as easy/automated as possible. In RCTs this should perhaps be done after treatment. </p></li><li><p>Consider hybrid between individual and group based treatment. Patients can choose which training scenarios are most relevant for them. </p></li><li><p>Better overview / visual aids (recruitment cards, flow charts, project logoes) for clinicians.</p></li><li><p>Measure long-term cost-effectiveness (use registers?)</p><p>Employment / socioeconomic factors / social benefits or early retirement</p><p>hospitalizations </p><p>relapse / re-referals </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>More dual clinic-research positions would strengthen both research and clinical practice. </p><p><br/></p><p>One permanent assigned research-clinic coordinator who enables recruitment. Known to both clinicians and researchers. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>System of screening for inclusion: </p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>An updated list of research projects all clinicians have available (+ description, inclusion/exclusion criteria). </p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>Research coordinator: patient doesn’t fit inclusion criteria in one project then screened for another project. Systematically. Assumption all patients should at least be offered participation in research. </p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Grow 2: </p><p>Clinicians run the project and test the effects of this with in going supervision from Johanna or Andreas. </p><p><br/></p><p>Grow 1: external funding, after that the mental health internal budget would support staff to administer grow in clinic</p><p><br/></p><p>How can clinicians do more research?</p><p>In Spain it’s implemented in the educational system, so it’s more natural to do research </p><p>More communication between clinicians and researchers</p><p><br/></p><p>Specialist educations that include research</p><p><br/></p><p>Integrate research in the education of clinical psychologists - might help combat misconceptions about research and treatments</p><p><br/></p><p>Communication about outcome assessments between researchers and clinicians might be more stressfull for researchers in the beginning, but could help later on, due to it being easier to recruit patients</p><p><br/></p><p>Researchers contributing to psychoeducation and other teaching scenarios </p><p><br/></p><p>Newsletters from the researchers- what do we do, which questions are we trying to answer   </p><p><br/></p><p>Clinicians can be assisted in answering questions from patients </p><p><br/></p><p>Researchers could learn from clinicians on what is relevant from the patients perspectives </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>GROW-study </p><p><br/></p><p>How do we measure the success of implementation? </p><ul><li><p>High rates of patients referred by the usual personnel (contact person) to show that the cooperation is close </p></li><li><p>Continuous feedback from personnel in AAL, for example, during conferences. Perhaps final feedback as an outcome (quantitative and qualitative) </p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Points in general: </p><ul><li><p>Point of attention: differences in the people working at AAL and the group in Barcelona </p></li><li><p>A lack of neuropsychologists who can implement neuropsychological research findings, do neuropsychological testing and refer to research projects.  </p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
