Gentrification is bad but also good for some people. There are many reasons why gentrification is bad and good. One Reason On Why gentrification is good is because it brings more money to other kinds of business. This is a good reasons because it brings more people in the towns and that give's people money to keep their businesses. Also one reason why gentrification is bad because when gentrification is in process it make's cost go up and lower class people won't be able to afford to keep their business or pay their bills for their house or apartment.

Gentrification should be stopped because people wouldn't be able to pay there rent because of that they would be sent to find a place thats cheaper or they will be forced to live in the streets. But it would also be great if it went on so other business will grow but either way gentrification should be stopped or house rent should be lowered for people to afford.
