         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here is a recent picture of me and my Class mates box splits this is an improvement massively. flexibility is a transferable skill and a crucial part of being a versatile dancer. Also here you can see me in the comfort of my own home last year around August. As you can probably see this is a massive improvement and I am very proud of myself. "Stretching is the key to improving yourself as a dancer. The benefits of stretching include increased flexibility, stronger technique, improved lines and body awareness, and advanced self‐discipline." (Varsitycom, 2017)</div>]]></description>

I found this a while ago and and used it since it has really helped shape my feet and keep them strong.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Here is a video of Sergei Polunin, as you can see there is style, intention creativity and expression witch are key faction on being a good dancer/performer I really enjoyed this video you can see each working muscle in his legs and how pulled up and tuned out he is. You can see strength and dynamics, this made the piece exciting to watch. I also enjoyed the music choice.          <description><![CDATA[<div>As well and the core techniques we study in Shockout, some like myself study outside Shockout. I enjoy jazz classes outside of uni and attend Fosse based classes which I find helps me move my body the exact way the teacher is asking. Fosse is very precise and technical. The interesting thing about Fosse is majority of it rejects ballet technique, have a look at this video.
