I think you can read a picture book if you start at the beginning and you have to understand it to read it, for example if its just pictures then you have to understand what is in the picture to read the book. You can tell emotions of the people in their body language and facial expressions for example if their face is :( you can tell they are sad just by looking at them.

You can read a picture book by looking at the pictures and understanding what they are doing or what the picture is telling you or trying to tell you.

For Example in " Who Will Guide My Sleigh Tonight" the first page has a picture that has Santa on top of a building and he has a ladder and his bag of toys looking down at the city. I think this picture is telling that Santa Claus is stressed out and he needs help.

you can read a picture book by looking at the picture and reading facial expressions or looking at what they're doing, or even what's around them.

You can read a book only with pictures by looking at peoples emotions, the background, and expressions. For example, in My Little Car the first page has a girl with a blank expression like she is bored.

I think you can read a picture book by looking at the pictures and thinking about what they want to say through the words. For example if you were looking at a picture book page and thinking about what the author wants to express through the pictures.

You can read a picture book by looking at the expression on peoples faces and things like that. Like when I looked at a page in the book IN THE TIME OF THE DRUMS, I could tell by the way that both characters were smiling at each other and playing the drums together that it was a happy moment. That is how you can read a picture book.

I think you can read a picture book with your imagination. What do you think happened. I also think you can read a picture book by using your emotion to try and feel what the character is feeling. For example in the polar express The little boy looked out his window looking for Santa by the look on his face. I can also read the picture book by the look on his face he is upset that Santa has not come yet.

I think that you can tell by the lighting. For example if there is darker colors in the back round, it is possible that the tone of the story is sad. The expressions on the characters faces will tell the mood as well.

You can read a picture book if you look closely at it and understand what the picture is meaning or trying to explain basically. For example, in my book In The Time Of The Drums, you can tell by peoples faces and what there doing or how their acting

I think that you can read a picture book by looking at where the people/animals are and by telling their emotions by looking at their face, when you look at their face you can tell if the are mad,fierce,happy,sad, or calm.

You can read a picture book by looking at the color and the shapes to tell the setting. You can look at facial expresstions to tell the emotions. For example, on pg. 10 in the book The Polar Express the boy is looking up at santa, his mouth is open, and he looks intreged.

You can read a picture book by looking at the expressions for example reading Today I feel silly the girl has white gloves on her feet then if I turn the page here room is messy and she is on her bed and she looks mad.

you can reed a picture book if you focus on the book and try to understand what is happening if it is about something that you have either experienced it yourself or one of you family members have experienced this topic, you are more likely to understand either the pain or the happiness in that picture book.

I think you can read a book with pictures. if you look at the colors and art style you can maybe determine the mood of the story. For example if the story has bright and noticeable colors the story might be a happy one, but if the story uses dark and moody colors with a more complex art style the story might be a little more serious.
