         <title>Walnut Crescent Cookies </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingredients:</p><p>•1 cup softened butter</p><p>• 1/3 cup of sugar</p><p>• 1 teaspoon vanilla</p><p>• 2 cups of flour </p><p>• 1/2 cup walnuts</p><p>• 1 tablespoon of water</p><p>————————————</p><p>Cream the first three ingredients and 1 tablespoon of water</p><p>Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together to form a dough</p><p>Roll into crescent shapes, and place 2 inches apart on an greased cookie sheet</p><p>Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes</p><p>————————————</p><p>I have had this recipe since I was a young girl.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Blueberry Yogurt Breakfast Bowl</p><p>Ingredients :</p><p>1 cup frozen blueberries </p><p>1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt</p><p>1 tbsp agave or honey (optional- some blueberries a bit sour)</p><p>1 tbsp chia seeds </p><p>Toppings: sliced bananas, granola, fresh berries, shredded coconut ( my favs )</p><p><br/></p><p>Instructions </p><p>- microwave the blueberries for 1 minute</p><p>- Mash them with a fork </p><p>- Add yogurt, honey, and chia. Mix to combine </p><p>- Cover and Store in the fridge for 2 hours. </p><p>- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingredients:</p><p>1 box frozen spinach </p><p>2 bags frozen cheese tortellini</p><p>Half stick of butter</p><p>3 garlic cloves finely diced</p><p>1-1 1/2 cup feta crumbled</p><p><br></p><p>Directions:</p><p>Boil water</p><p>When water boiling add spinach</p><p>When water boiling again add tortellini </p><p>Meanwhile chop garlic and sauce in a small pot with butter until translucent </p><p>Strain spinach and tortellini when they are all floating</p><p>Pour butter mixture over pasta</p><p>Add feta and stir</p><p>Salt and pepper to taste</p><p>Enjoy with family and friends for a quick satisfying meal</p>]]></description>

         <title>Kim’s Fiesta Chicken Soup</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1 chicken shredded (or about 4 chicken breasts)</p><p>2-3 clove garlic, minced</p><p>1 onion, chopped</p><p>1 bell pepper chopped</p><p>1 red pepper, chopped</p><p>1 jalapeño pepper, minced </p><p>2 cups Chicken broth</p><p>2 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes</p><p>2 cans black beans (or any type of bean)</p><p>1 can corn </p><p>1 jar green salsa (mild or medium)</p><p>1-2tsp cumin to taste</p><p>1-2tsp chili powder to taste</p><p>Salt/pepper</p><p><br></p><p>In soup pot Sauté in a little olive oil, the garlic, onion, peppers and jalapeño. Add broth and cans (including liquid) and all remaining ingredients. Let simmer about 20-30 minutes to bring the flavors together. </p><p><br></p><p>Suggested ingredients to serve with soup:</p><p>-Tortilla strips or Pepitas </p><p>-Shredded cheese</p><p>-Chopped cilantro</p><p>-Sliced radishes</p><p>-Sour cream </p><p><br></p><p>Enjoy this healthy and easy soup. </p><p>Kim</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
