Dealing with life, death, and critical illness on a daily basis can exact a toll on anyones livelihood. This is especially true of nurses working in critical care areas in hospitals throughout the country. This website provides a platform from which caregivers can become educated on how meditation and mindfulness can help them more appropriately manage the stress inherent in being employed in these areas.
