Trading/reselling (bought it but maybe have too much paint) and group buy amongst the customers to address the issue of low supply. 

Option 5
Loyalty programme where we will partner with various merchants and customer will able to redeem the points (gain points via purchase of these paints). Have a referral programme for friends and they can also gain points

Some of the merchants will include limited stock editons sneakers, limited edition skateboard, apparels, vendors that sell skateboard accessories and services. 

For the lower point tier it could be 15% - 20% discount on our paint products.
