I would like to advice you an activity, my teacher of yoga every day have a free class of yogatherapy,exercice ,kitchen ... in Instagram in this adress “anitamacedobcn” open everybody at 19h15min , it is very fanny powerful and positive for our minds,have a look ,I think that is interesting in these esperpents days that you are living ,and if you can´t watch at this time ,it is in Instagram for the next 24 h.

The Guardian has written that Spain is now the hotpot of the coronavirua global pandemia.The response of the Spanish government has been late and awkward.I strongly agree with the 

Gardian´s article, about the Spanish government .

In the first place,on the first of March, when the situation of pandemia from Italy has been known. The government allows to celabrated political parties and masive woman day celebrations .

In the second place ,the government announced at last, on 14 March(friday) the loockdown, but it not took place until the next monday(on 16 March),so many families left the main cities(Madrid,Barcelona) for their beach/mountain home and the virus was spreadedout.

In the third place, the Spanish Care System has been hit by a decade of finantial crisis,and its response had been late and wrong ,with death rates of up to 20%.

In addition to these facts ,the Spanish as the Italian character ´s people of being such a sociable cummunity with a lot of huggings and kissing and animated chatter face to face,make the situation worse.

Taking everything into account,I restate my opinion, that the main reason for the quick spread of the pandemia through Spain ,was the late and clumsy response of the government and furthermore the Spanish character of been sociable is driving to Spain your most dramatic moment in its recent history.

The Catalonia government has promoted the teleworking among his civil-servants .The President of the Spain has got similar recommendation, but some Autonom communities like Andalucia and Murcia at no way did they follow the normative ,because said under no circustances are they not preparated enough.

Firt of all,teleworking save money on gas and time,the workers not have to go to the office from their home that often it take much time ,and gas consumming.

Second one, has been written that teleworking increase productivity because the worker is more confortable at home.

For example the average time to get the job in Catalonia is one an a halfhour.Teleworking maight be save hundred of hours and thousands of Euros for the transportation .

On the other hand,Andalucia and Murcia have said they need some additional budget to get over that recommendation.

In addition these Governments have said ,they are no sure of discipline of their employees because the telework have to demostrated a great deal of self-discipline,and for example,some Sevilla teleworking miss to go to have breakfast in the morning with the work-gays and aperitive later and do they prefer keep on going to work outhome.

Having taked every into account, and exausted by the discussion,Spain put off the teleworking recommendation meanwhile allows Catolonia to start teleworking only two days a week, in this case , less is more.

In my honest opinion from a guy that is over the hill,I believe that to be nurse is the most trusworthy profesion , in my view point and according with many surveis and polls for instance tha latest servey from Gallup last year 2019 , is written that almost 85% of the people in US have chossen this profesional as the most trusworthy and in my opinion to be nurse is also trusworthy in Spain.

First of all,the key reason people trust nurses more than doctors,is that nurse spend more time with the patients and 

nurses are more vigilant about patient safely,for example after a surgery the nurse is the pearson who take care of you in the recovery room and after the labor(leiva) delivery the nurse is the only professional who take care of the mother and the baby.Furthermore what is the most importan the nurse in addition also privide emotional support to the patient.Moreover the nurse is on the frontline of administration and evaluating your treatment and in my knowledge it is an importan point for patient health recovery

However, there are drawbacks or I would say blacks points in this professional ,for instance low salaries ,for example the average salary in US was two thousant dollar. To be nurse It is a very (tough ) I meant very hard work ,as much of it involves working night/weekends/holiday ,split schedule.And the nursering school is notoriously difficult with a lot of exausted practises in hospitals.

In addition Thinking about health the nurses suffer vey often seriously injure in their backs because they have to carry heavy patients and it is said or it is written that nurses also seem to develop more anxiety and depresion respect the rest of the profesions.

Taking everything into account I would like to restate my opinion that to be nurse is the most trustworthy job, but you need a great vocation and it is often not well payed and may be dangerous for instance in the cornavirus pandemia the nursery is the most infeccted healthy group in Spain. 

The wikileak is a no govermental organitation which is the responsible of the publication of hundred of secret documents.I think this kind of organitation is the futher of the free-journalism.

First of all,the last year wikileaks has publised more scoops than the Washington newspaper in its thirty last years of edittion,that means the fact that Wikileaks a new sort of journalism.

Second one, All the goverments specially USA goverment has started a particular war against Jane Asanje ,who is the boss of Wikileaks, because wikileaks has published secret documents and videos from the Irak war, futhermore that made them got ashemed of their acction-

Finally,Jane Asanje who is has been retained in the Ecuador embassy for seven years by UK goverment and after his expulsion .Asanje has been in a hight security English prision wating for his extraditation to USA.

Taking anything into account and as a gay who is over the hill , in no way do I agreed the behavour of the USA and UK goverments .On the contrary I reckon that this kind of behaviour from USA and UK goverments would be abolished because they are againts the free information which is one of the Human right.I would like to restate either my opinion about Wikileaks that is has to be considered as a new sort of journalism. so it must be respected and taking in consideration in the futher.

In my honest opinion from a man who is over the hill, at my age of seventieth years old .I reckon that the theatre is the best form of entertaiment,over the cinema or concert.

First of all,I think when you go to the theatre you feel the action from the stage player .I meant you are closed with characthers and you might be awared of many sensations as scart,anxiety,fear or in the other hand you can enjoy laughting,smiling or you can just giggling. Furthermore,nowadays there are a singular stage player which are named “musicales”, where in addition the characters sing many songs and dance ,they are the latest fashion in theatre.What is more ,currently there are some experimental theatre, where the public interact with the acteurs, and sometime the public go up to the stage to performance part of the action. Finally under no circunstances do I forgotten to mention an particular kind of theatre 

the children- theatre , who dont remember going this kind of theatres when we were a just a kid,shounting when suddenly the devil appears and was beaten with a steak by the good boy, !what happy time!

Taking everything into account I would to restate my opinion that the theatre is the best way of entertaiment and in no way do I agreed with the people who said that the theatre is dead on the contrary it is written by famous authors, that the theatre will be the only one who be survived.

The climate change is here to stay and nobody can denny it,but in my opinion from a gay over the hill ,we are on time to stop it or at least to procastinate it.

In the first place ,one of the main factor about the climate change is the temperature ´s rise ,as a consequence as of the hight gas/fuel/petrol consuming , in our vehicles and industries ,this effect cause, it is written by the scientists ,that the Ozone´s Area is disapearing , afterword the temperture is increasing, and a global warming is comming.

On the second place,the number of unhabitants is growing up all over the world .I mean overpopulation ,and we need to increase the plant and animal production to get food for all the people,so the carbon dioxide is rised more an more ,for example from intensive animal agriculture to get meet.

On the third situation ,the contamination of the environment with plastics and others stuffs and the rise of earth´air polution ,as consequence of the trafic and people industrial activity , make the increase of the respiratory illness as allergy in human being.

To sum up,the gobal warming ,the increase of the polution and the contamination of the environment lead us to a irreversible path.

Taking everything into account I restate my opinion , that we are on time to stop or al least to put off the climate change if we are aware of the problem , start for example recyclating ,avoid using petrol cars and reducing the meet consuming . In no way  do not agreed with the people who said , there are no solution to avoid the climate change, because is said by the ecofriendly people .If each one of us ,do tiny things about that ,the little changes are great a long time.

After Covid19 Pandemia, I feel ambiguous emotions about this stuff time that we had been lived.One positive feeling is the pandemia just past away and never will get back again.On contrary a negative feeling is after the pandemia "nothing will be the same" ,so I ask myself which of them will stay in my mind finally .Let ´s have a look about the positive feelings in this pandemia.

In the first place, as a positive emotion,  this pandemia make us to be aware about our life´s extreme fragility and makes think about our priorities in the life .Moreover,this quarentine make me think about my own mind.I mean how important is to get a welling-mind in this stuff-virus days ,where many people get a little bit crazy o depress ..anxious.I reckon that the meditation(alternative medecine) as a tool,  could  help people  getting their mind  wholesome.

Second place,to be in quarentine increases the importance of the relationships with our family and that is great.

Third,we are aware now,how important is to have a cosy home, I mean with space for activities and of course  nowadays, having  terrace-roof for doing some exercise.

Finally ,one important point is our relationships with the digital media,for me as a gay over the hill ,this confinement help me to introduce on-line new experiences(Zoom-skype,Instagram), and it has been great and successful.

Taking everything into account and and to sum-up, in my opinion this pandemia has more positive points than negative and may be a " choice of change" in the positive way .I mean,feelings,sensation,relationship

However,I am aware in the other hand run,  that after this pandemia "nothing will be the same "

It is written by the Gardian on date  5^th may, that P.Sanchez who is the leader of the Socialism government of Spain ,is having had parlamentarian problems to approve the extend the emergency state. Spain is the country which has the most strict coronavirus lockdowns in Europe and the second in numbers of deaths.I think government ´s measures against the pandemia that has been taken in Spain , were awkwars and later and become a human disaster with thirty thousands of death on the table .

First of all, the opossition whose leader is Mr.Casado ,refused to extend the state of emergency for the inconsistencies and delays of the  Socialist government.In addition Sr.Abascal who is the leader of the far-righ party Vox, is asking for the government ´s dimission for its arrogance and to hold Spaniards hostage .

Meanwhile the catalan politicians accused to the government to ignore the state of autonomies ,to take any decision about the pandemic situation.

On the other hand ,the latest survey from official firm Metroscopia ,said that the most of Spaniard are in favour of the government.In addition ,Berta Barbet a political scientist of Barcelona University, said that the currents quarells over the cornavirus crises ,reflect the historical resentment and luck of collaborative between the righ and left block parties.

Finally in the nearby Portugal the political parties have adopted a responsible behavior against to the pandemia and they only have 500 of deaths.

Taking anything into account, I restate my old guy opinion who is over the hill ,that the Government´s misbehavior and more over the politicians at all, in this pandemia has been a disaster. And in no way do I agreed with the people who said that the response to the pandemia has been good enough.

!What madness!. With thirty thousands of deaths,it is national ashamed.I wish or it is expected, that they all should been faired for the next election

I would like to give you my nostalgic or vintage point of view about Barcelona from a gay who is over the hill and I was born in Barcelona and 

I have been living all my life in Barcelona 

Taking my mind back in time

when I was child and I remember Barcelona or instance, the only tourist you could see in the Rambla were the Navy sailors,very often  the seventh flee t-Navyships land to Barcelona and you could see many Navy sailor in the Rambla  all of them wearing  white uniform and ridiculous caps drinking Cocola and smoking ,the city became a parthy 

Furthermore ,another nostalgic example very closed us,would be the Sagrada familia ,When I was young, it was not abble to visit Sagrada familia because it was in  half ruin or rundown and it was considered a failure building in the corner of the city and nobody wanted to see it and everybody makes fun about Sagrada Familia, I remember when I was a child going to collect money with and money-box in order to get money to keep working one year more.What ironic in contrast to  the latest years  situation, with a huge amount of tourists sorounded it.but in no way would  I say that it was no beatiful, it just was like a black and white picture a little sad or gray.

Any way ,All things changed after the Olimpic games and Barcelona became a color picture at all.

I believe that the tourism has changed Barcelona in the correct way,I am a favour of the tourist and the progress and developtment what its meant and the positve impact in the economy, but we have take care of the Barcelona citizins because most of them are going to dissapear and we have to find a solution for them it would not be procrastinate any more,well this is my vintage point of view

The tourist is one of main source to the Spanish ́s economy.Furthermore in some areas of Spain as Baleares y Canary islands it is the only one.This annonce was taken by the owner ́s tourist establishments, as great new- wind expectation, because was thought that the summer was already lost, for the international tourisms. 

On the other hand,after the government's wrong and later and clumsily response against the pandemia, with thirty thousand of deaths, Spaniards are skeptical and a new lockdown, as consequence of overseas tourist would be considered as a national catastrophe, but they need a blow of hope and the tourism maybe the clue.At the same time is written, that under no circumstances was it able, in only four weeks reopening of the country to welcome tourists. 

To sum up and taking everything into account , an contradictory message of the Spanish government was spreaded ,we want to take care about Spaniard ́s healthy,but the tourism is too important in our economy to be ignored . In no way ,do I believed that in just a few weeks Spain is prepared to get tourism after three hard month of confinement, nevertheless from the Spaniard everything is possible.Who knows?.The time will give us the answer.

The fact is, a blackman named George Floyds was wild killed by asfixia for police in Minneapolis on May 26.In my opinion that event could be the droop that overflows the water glass , about USA structural racism .

First of all,to be borned black in US, means by latest survey,you have twice an a half risk, to be killed by the police and three more times to get dead by cornavirus.The statistics show us this fact and it could not be denied.

Second one,several comittes has been created from the latest Kuerner Commission(1962) untill Golf(2016) ,in oder to try to fix this USA structural racism ,and all of them have been a spectacular failure.

Furthermore,the Black American are exausted and they have to survival over and over the course of generations against the police ´s violence

and the lack of justice and afterwords this mudder, they claim in the streets for a law changes just right now,to avoid the persistence racial white supemacy.

Taking everything into account,I believe that this event could be the inflexion point to begin to solve this problem ,but in no way do I believe that structural racism could overcome, with just a masive week manifestations in US and the rest of the world .A extend period of Education task, need be taken in oder to get over this severe problem.The time will give us the answer is this event could be the biginner in the huge task, against racism in United States.
