I am deeply interested in Geology and Earth Sciences, ever since I decided to join MyESO last year. I am also a fan of linguistics, currently I am learning Bahasa Melayu, English, Korean, Chinese and Arabic. I love learning, so I tend to learn new infos daily through educational videos and websites.
I am an outdoor person. I love how the nature works. The sky and the stars mesmerize me most, though the animals intrigue me just as much. I love dolphins, by the way.
When I grow up, I'll most likely be a geoengineer, an immunologist or even a member of volunteering organization. I am very passionate in helping people and saving the environment.

Through this subject, I learned literary devices in poems and some new reading materials provided such as The Yellow Wallpaper and A Rose For Emily.
E-Lit classes weren't as boring as I thought it would be. Instead, the classes were lively and I was encouraged to speak more and contribute to the class discussions. 
For the presentation about English Literature, I got to work with my groupmates in making beautiful slides about where literature started. Then, Mr Kamarul gave us some insights on how the presentation could be done. After presenting, Mr Kamarul commented on our slides so that we can improve our performance in the future. There's a lot of feedbacks and they helped us in improving our presenting skills.
I wish more people would speak and contribute to the class. I wish more fun and engaging activities are done during class, so that we won't fall asleep. I also wish that we can learn much more about classical literature pieces, such as those of William Shakespeare.
English Literature classes were very interesting and I am looking forward for it for the rest of the year.

While reading The Yellow Wallpaper, I learned many new vocabularies that I've never used before, such as felicity and querulous. It is from first person POV, so I got to know what's on the narrator's mind. The story made me curious about what will happen next. It also surprised me, when the wall started moving and changing. 

The story is very detailed and gives me a lot of clues of the narrator's illness. It shows how depression will develop if we don't take any measures.

I enjoyed reading the stories provided.
