         <description><![CDATA[<div>Given the numerous statistics around mental health, it is so important that individuals are informed with this information. Talking about mental health, especially during middle school years is very important because they experience many different things that can contribute to risk for mental illness.  With the mental health stigma, it could prevent adolescents from seeking information and help. A great way to provide this information is to involve it during school. A few states have now made mental health a requirement in schools curriculum.<br><br>I included a video from peoples personal experiences with mental health and an article on celebrities that have opened up about their mental health because it is so important people know and understand others are going through the same thing and they are not alone. I provided basic information on mental health as well as resources for books about mental health, tests to assess an individuals mental health, and other sources to spread awareness. </div>]]></description>
