It’s Steve’s turn to take the stand. Steve said that he wasn’t there during the crime on December 22. He also said that he was just acquaintance with everyone. Next they called Mr. Sawicki, Steve’s movie teacher. Sawicki says that Steve is a good, honest guy. Then, the lawyers have their closing statements. Briggs says King is innocent, O’brien says that Steve’s guilt can’t be proven and Petrocceli says that Steve is just as guilty as everyone else. The next day, the jury came with a verdict. Steve is not guilt, King is sentenced to prison for 25 years, Osvaldo was arrested for stealing a car and Bobo is still in prison.
