finished advert. we also have had four people complete our questionnaire; the response was good. the adverse score out of 10 was 8. the most common way people suggested we could improve our advert was that we can make the footage steadier, i agree with them but overall am pleased with their response and feedback and the finnish advert.

this video is of a heart, it moves around on the paper, a black cloud comes over it and rains down on it little hearts. the big heart dances. a lighting bolt comes down on the heart and it splits in two. later the sun comes out and repairs the heart.

This is a video of another heart, this time the heart finds another one and they dance. the other heart tell it that they are in love with someone else, the first heart breaks in two. later it repairs itself and dissolves into the pieces it cakes form.

i have finished cutting out my stencils , the main plan is a nature video, with humming birds that find the perfect flower. we have black stencils and have coloured their edges to give them bit of colour and vibrancy. I'm a bit worried about joe he has gone very quiet and i feel he is not really taking part as much as he used to but this idea has only come together today, so that might change when we start filming hopefully. i am looking forward too this one more than the hand drawn because i love nature and i don't have to worry so much about how it will work when all put together or about if we will have enough time to film everything that we want.

i am bored. Joe has been in the pod for a while and I am waiting for him to be ready to film. I don't want him to come out before he is ready as he might be in a bad mood and that will only hinder our filming, I wish I had done this on my own now. I feel nervous around him as though I might say or do something that will upset him. There is only half an hour till the end of class so I don't know if there is any point to try to film, and as joe hasn't been talk attive I'm not even sure how much he know about what I have planned to film.

We have finished our stencil animation, a nature scene with humming birds finding the perfect flower. i have not been able to upload it to padlet again but have it on a memory stick, its a bit annoying though. joe and I worked alright together, but he was quite or wasn't too sure about exactly what we was doing. i am proud of they video, it my favourite so far. we did well with our time management this time and got it all filmed in under 2 hours, and its not too short or too long which is refreshing

Ident mood board is not possible at the moment as my computer is playing up and I don't know how to do it on my iPad. The plan idea for our ident is the nature programme, "wet, wild, windy". In one scene we are going tho have an ocean with fish Dolphins and a wale,wet, for wild we are going to have a grass land with a lion popping out, for windy we will be in the clouds with birds maybe an eagle.

the TV ident will be stencil animation, we are doing for a TV channel called Wet, Wild, Windy, it is a wildlife channel. We will have a scene that is under the ocean to represent "wet", a grassland scene with a lion to represent "wild", and a scene in the sky to represent "windy". We have had a problem with the background, we tried to print pictures to use as the backgrounds but they came out with a green and purple line through them, annoying!

we have finnished printing out the stencils and also cutting them out, now we just have to get a background and then we can start filming. Joe and I are hardly talking now, mostly this is because we are getting on with the work but I've noticed that we don't talk much once we start working until we have to discuss what we are doing next.

Jo was late this morning so I came up with the idea of using some clay animation incorporated into the TV ident, in the titles, stars and clouds could be made of clay, along with the stencils we are already using. Th wild scene has changed from day to night now. We are hardly talking I feel awkward and think I may do the next project on my own. I have created a modified storyboard to incorporate the new ideas and with some information about what we are going to do.

We are now looking into pixelation it is the technique we have looked at least, it involves people instead of objects, clan or stencil, joe and I have created two short videos of this, he was the actor in both and I was the cameraman. The first one we did was of joe going from one chair to another band then sitting on a wall, but this did not have the effect of pixelation: appearing to be able to do something otherwise impossible. The second video was of joe appearing on the floor and teleporting between chairs, over to lean on a wall, then directly in front of the camera, then he disappears.

doing the shoes pixelation, it took a lot of time, the camera angle is really difficult to get right, each time i moved the shoes i had moved the camera each time. i kept having to delete pictures that didn't animate very well. very fustrating! i used the onion peel on the camera to try to see where the last picture had been taken, this helped a lot. now cliff wants us to do more after lunch, I'm not really sure what we are going to do but joe has come up with the idea of his shoes running away from him and he chasing after them. it feels a bit repetitive after the one I've just done, but we going to give it ago, not sure how its going to look on the screen, might have to come up with something.
