Simple thought: what if instead of first looking up about what makes people happy I start the other way around. I figured I would being by finding out the things that may make people unhappy. Starting from this point I feel that I will be able to find out what truly makes people because I would be able to find out what certain groups of people do in order to cope with their unhappiness.

Taking a further dive into some of the things that make people unhappy I found that a major factor as such was work stress. Studies from the link below show how stress from a persons workplace can influence their attitude towards others along with how happy they are overall. I feel that part of the answer to,"What does it mean to be happy." could possibly be...In order for one to be happy one must be doing something that they love and enjoy doing everyday, instead of doing something that drags them down in the long run

I came to the reasonable conclusion after this article, that people who are happy share similar traits and with those shared traits are therefore able to assimilate with others easier.

What I have found so far is that many people seem to be much happier when they're able to assimilate with other people who can assimilate with them. This could include hobbies or casual conversation. Either way there are endless possibilities in which a person would be able to assimilate with another person. The next thing that I also found was how when people have off time they're much happier. It was stated in some of the past few articles that have been read how having down time can help you relax. Although this wasn't to sat for all people as some people like to use their down time for the things they like to do when they get the chance.

I've noticed that many people obtain interactions through hanging out with others. Only then are they able to have genuine human interactions and be able to assimilate in person other than online

Now what it means to be happy, from what I have found is that happiness can be all sort of things. It depends on the person, but the biggest trend that I noticed from my results was that happiness is when a person is able to do what they want to be able to do. This including their own hobbies and them being able to talk with others without added stress from the outside world.
